The Alexander Technique Centre, Ireland runs a three year Alexander Technique Teacher Training Course leading to a professional certificate. Richard Brennan, the director, also runs introductory courses throughout Ireland. We've tried to provide a variety of useful information on the subject in relation to back pain, posture, children and education, sport, pregnancy, actors and musicians, as well as a detailed description about the history of how FM Alexander developed his technique. Details of publications by Richard Brennan are available to buy and we can also show you how to find an Alexander teacher in your area. |
